This workshop will introduce participants with fractals through properties exploration of the fractal called the dragon curve. This approach can be applied in teaching in order to introduce students with new directions in mathematics. The workshop will have three parts, the first part will be an introduction to fractals through paper folding, the second part will be exploring mathematical properties and the last part will be exploring the infinite world of fractals in other branches besides mathematics.
